From the usability and design point of view, you can tell that they still have to improve their site, and maybe drop some of the adverts that appear all over the place, probably to monetize the site, since as part of their launch they are offering 12 months free membership to all new members (you'll be able to send and receive email, join the chat rooms and even use the instant messaging interface).
